Individual therapy and clinical supervision
“If we fall, we don't need self-recrimination or blame or anger - we need a reawakening of our intention and a willingness to re-commit, to be whole-hearted once again.”

Approach
I take a personalised approach to therapy, recognising that each person’s story, needs, and pace are unique. I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling safe, seen, and genuinely understood. With this in mind, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship through transparency, gentle curiosity, and compassion, while encouraging reflection and accountability.
I draw from a rich and flexible blend of therapeutic models to support my clients in a way that feels right for them. These include:
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Polyvagal Theory
-
Parts work
-
Attachment theory
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Somatic-based interventions
-
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
